I have 8+ years of combined experience in agile and IT. Initially graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I grew my skillsets supporting a variety of complex initiatives, from mobile apps and web to technical database migrations (Lowe's). Later I spent several years in agile leadership (Allstate) and led a global PMO team of upwards to 25 team members.

While I had the opportunity to continue the path into senior leadership, I missed being more hands-on and building applications that help businesses grow. I went on a professional sabbatical to study UX design, built my own design team and even secured our first major contract with an ambitious startup (Almond FinTech).
 

Shortly after completing this side project, I returned to corporate with new knowledge and goals and accepted a role at Sonic Automotive that positions me right in the center of design, engineering and business strategy. Most recently I am focused on increasing Sonic's customer retention and profitability through maturing their marketing ecosystem.
